Your responsibilities
The owner is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding the reptile's health, diet, and specific needs. Please call for availability and prices before drop-off. Payment must be made at the point of drop-off. Please only bring your animal, no other equipment is needed. Any extra days outside the agreed dates will be charged at £10 per day, to be paid before the reptile is collected.
Terms and conditions
By accepting these fees and by bringing in your reptile, you acknowledge that boarding reptiles involves inherent risks, including but not limited to illness, injury, or death, despite our best efforts to provide a safe environment. The boarding facility will not be held liable for any illness, injury, or death of the reptile that is not a direct result of negligence on the part of the facility. The facility is not responsible for pre-existing conditions that may worsen during boarding. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. By bringing your reptile to us, you, the owner, acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions outlined above.
